Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data thejackall3design.com collects, why, and how it is handled. It covers the site itself and the internal publishing tool used to prepare and upload product videos to social media accounts.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

• Social account profile data. When a social account is connected we receive the basic profile information that platform exposes, such as display name, username, avatar and account identifier. It is used to show which account is connected.
• List of published content. We read the list of videos already published on the connected account, so the tool can show what has been covered.
• Access tokens. The authorization and refresh tokens issued by the platform are stored so the connection stays active until it is revoked.
• Uploaded media. Videos, and the titles and descriptions entered before an upload.

Browsing these pages requires no account and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not collect data about other users of the platform, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use any of this data to train models.

3. Why we use it

Only to operate the features described in the Terms of Service: identifying the connected account, listing its existing content, and delivering our product videos to it as drafts. There is no other purpose.

4. Who else processes it

Tokens and API calls are handled by our integration provider, Composio, acting as a processor on our behalf, and by the social platform itself under its own privacy policy. Purchases happen on Etsy, which is a separate controller for anything you enter there. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share this data, and we disclose it only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Profile data and tokens are kept for as long as the account stays connected and are deleted when the connection is revoked. Uploaded media is deleted once it has been delivered to the platform. Anything else is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.

6. Your rights, and how to revoke access

Access can be withdrawn at any time from the connected platform’s own settings, in the list of authorized apps, which immediately invalidates our tokens. You can also ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to thejackall3design@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.

7. Security

Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS. Access is limited to the owner of the shop.

8. Children

The tool is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required by the connected platform.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above reflects the current version.
